成考现场确认要带什么？

⑴所有报考者现场确认时须持本人二代身份证。  

(2) 报考医学类专业(科别编号为180、451、710)的考生，须现场采集指纹，还需出具相应的医学类中专或中专以上学历原件、两份复印件，供报名确认点审核。

(3)报考医学类(委培)类别的考生还须在考生所在地医疗卫生管理机构审核报名资格。

(4)报考专升本的考生，确认时还需出具本人大学专科或专科以上学历原件、两份复印件、验核人签字后，一份由考生保留，另—份由确认点留存。

(5)符合加分(免试)照顾条件的优秀运动员、散居的少数民族等考生、自谋职业的城镇退役士兵，在确认时还须交验证书(证明)或成绩单等原件及一份复印件。逾期不交者，录取时不予照顾。上述材料由确认点接受并审核;

(6)普通高职(专科)毕业生服义务兵役退役和“下基层”服务期满后申请免试接受成人本科教育的考生，在确认时须携带本人居民身份证件、普通高职(专科)(或专科以上)以及相关证件。其中服义务兵役退役士兵还须出具“退役证”;“选聘高校毕业生到村任职”人员还须出具省组织部门颁发的“期满考核合格证书”;“三支一扶”人员还须出具省人事部门颁发的“期满考核合格证书”;“大学生志愿服务西部”人员还须出具省团委颁发的“期满考核合格证书”;“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位”人员还须出具省教育行政部门颁发的“期满考核合格证书”。上述材料的原件和复印件，由确认点接受并进行初审，初审通过后将原件退还本人，将经过验核的复印件交市招考部门，由各市集中整理并上报省招生考试院复审。

(8)考生只有上交确认单之后，才全部完成了确认手续，切勿在上交确认单之前离开确认现场。
