1、文凭不同

成人高考文凭是各大学的成教学院发的，你考上了哪个大学的成教，毕业时就会盖有哪个成考学院的章；而网络教育是教育部批准的高等学校开展现代远程教育（网络教育）试点，对于高校培养的达到本、专科毕业要求的网络教育学生，由学校按照国家有关规定颁发高等教育学历证书，学历证书电子注册后，国家予以承认。

2、入学方式不同

成人高考要参加国家十月份统一的成人高考考试，达到分数线后才能入学就读，考试形式类似于普通高考，先填报志愿，再去考试。网络教育则是参加学校自己组织的入学考试。

3、学习年限不同

成人高考高起专、专升本的学习年限为2.5—3年，高起本5年。网络教育的专业，每个层次国家规定不少于两年半，不能多于五年，个别专业不能少于三年。

4、课程设置不同
